Bioinformatics Tools

Tools created at NCTR to develop methods for the analysis and integration of complex omics datasets

The National Center for Toxicological Research conducts research in both bioinformatics and chemoinformatics. The Center also develops and coordinates bioinformatics capabilities within NCTR, across FDA Centers, and in the larger toxicology community. These Bioinformatics Tools were created at NCTR with the goal of developing methods for the analysis and integration of complex omics (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics) datasets. The list of Bioinformatics Tools are listed below:

For best results, use the Firefox browser with Java 8 under Windows 7 or 10 when using the bioinformatics tools.
