FDA invites patients and their caregivers to use the Patients Ask FDA portal to ask questions to FDA or to request a meeting.

Co-developed by the Patient Affairs Staff and the medical product centers, the patient portal routes inquiries to the appropriate medical product center or office to ensure that they are received and responded to in an effective and efficient manner.
As patient populations and their needs evolve and become increasingly complex, we want patients and those who advocate on their behalf to know that our door is open. The portal is an opportunity for the patient community to ask a question or request a meeting with the FDA to share their disease experience or better understand FDA’s regulatory work. The webform supports requests for all the medical product centers (CBER, CDER, and CDRH). Rare Disease Listening Session requests can be directed to this portal as well.
