Learn How We Collaborate
Reach out to the FDA’s FDA’s Public Engagement Staff (PES) to talk about how we can work together. The FDA relies on partners like you – health professional organizations, consumer groups, trade associations, patient advocacy organizations, think tanks/academia, and others – to inform FDA policies, identify challenges and opportunities, and collaborate to protect the public’s health.
The scope of FDA's regulatory authority is very broad. Review our 2-page PDF What Does FDA Regulate? Guide for Health Professionals to see the types of products regulated by the FDA. If you use FDA-regulated products in your work, we want to collaborate with you.
The FDA needs people like you to:
- Participate in public meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Be an advisory committee member as an academic or practitioner.
- Provide public comment on draft guidances, rules, regulations, and more.
Contact PES directly to request a meeting, listening session, or FDA participation in your event. To request an FDA speaker, including the FDA Commissioner, please complete our online form.
