| HRP color development reagent | 60 mg |
| Ice cold methanol | 20 ml |
Mix to dissolve. Protect from light and prepare fresh.
Solution B
| Ice cold hydrogen peroxide, 30% | 60 ml |
| Tris-buffered saline | 100 ml |
Prepare fresh before use. Mix ice cold solution A with room temperature solution B. Use immediately.
