BAM Media M76: Lauryl Tryptose (LST) Broth

Tryptose or trypticase 20 g
Lactose 5 g
K2HPO4 2.75 g
KH2PO4 2.75 g
NaCl 5 g
Sodium lauryl sulfate 0.1 g
Distilled water 1 liter

Dispense 10 ml portions into 20 × 150 mm tubes containing inverted 10 × 75 mm fermentation tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 6.8 ± 0.2.
