BAM Media M115: Nutrient Gelatin (CDC) (for Gram-negative nonfermentative bacteria)

Infusion broth	25 g
Gelatin	120 g
Distilled water	1 liter

Heat with agitation to dissolve. Cool to 55°C and adjust pH to 7.4 ± 0.2. Dispense 4 ml portions into 13 × 100 mm screw-cap tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C.
