BAM R87: Trypsin-EDTA Solution, 1X

Trypsin (1:250)* 0.05 g
EDTA, disodium salt 0.02 g
NaCl, 0.9% 100 ml

*1 g Trypsin (1:250) will digest 250 g casein substrate under standard conditions.

Dissolve trypsin and EDTA in the NaCl diluent. Filter-sterilize through 0.22 µm membrane.
