BAM R77: Standard Saline Citrate (SSC) Solution (20%)

NaCl (reagent grade) 175.3 g
Sodium citrate 88.2 g

Dissolve in 800 ml deionized water and adjust to pH 7 with 10 N NaOH. Bring volume to 1 liter.

6X SSC

NaCl (reagent grade) 52.6 g
Sodium citrate 26.5 g

Dissolve in 800 ml deionized water and adjust to pH 7 with 10 N NaOH. Bring volume to 1 liter.

3X SSC

6× SSC 500 ml
Deionized water 500 ml

2X SSC

6× SSC 333 ml
Deionized water 667 ml
