(NH4)2SO4 | 2 g |
K2HPO4 | 0.6 g |
KH2PO4 | 0.4 g |
NaCl | 2 g |
Sodium malonate | 3 g |
Glucose | 0.25 g |
Bromthymol blue | 0.025 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dissolve by heating, if necessary. Dispense 3 ml portions into 13 × 100 mm test tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 6.7 ± 0.2.
