BAM Media M88: Lysine Decarboxylase (LDC) Medium (for Gram-negative nonfermentative bacteria)

| Dextrose | 0.5 g |
| KH2PO4 | 0.5 g |
| Distilled water | 100 ml |
Dissolve ingredients. Adjust pH to 4.6 ± 0.2. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Aseptically dispense 1 ml portions to sterile 13 × 100 mm tubes.
