L-Lysine HCl 0.5 g
Dextrose 0.5 g
KH2PO4 0.5 g
Distilled water 100 ml

Dissolve ingredients. Adjust pH to 4.6 ± 0.2. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Aseptically dispense 1 ml portions to sterile 13 × 100 mm tubes.
