Trypticase peptone | 5 g |
Thiotone peptone | 10 g |
Yeast extract | 2 g |
Sodium bisulfite | 0.1 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dispense 90 ml into screw-cap bottle. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.2 ± 0.2.
