Letheen broth	25.7 g
Trypticase peptone	5 g
Thiotone peptone	10 g
Yeast extract	2 g
Sodium bisulfite	0.1 g
Distilled water	1 liter

Dispense 90 ml into screw-cap bottle. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.2 ± 0.2.
