BAM Media M69: King's B Medium

| Proteose peptone No. 3 | 20 g |
| Glycerol, C.P. | 10 ml |
| K2HPO4 | 1.5 g |
| MgSO4 | 1.5 g |
| Agar | 15 g |
| Distilled water | 1 liter |
Add all ingredients except MgSO4. Heat with agitation to dissolve agar. Adjust pH to 7.2 ± 0.2. Add MgSO4 slowly and mix. Dispense 4 ml portions to 13 × 100 tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C.
Incline tubes to give half butt and half slant.
