BAM Media M67: Irgasan-Ticarcillin-Chlorate (ITC) Broth

| Tryptone | 10 g |
|---|---|
| Yeast extract | 1 g |
| MgCl2·6H2O | 60 g |
| NaCl | 5 g |
| Potassium chlorate | 1 g |
| Malachite green, 0.2% | 5 ml |
| Distilled water | 1 liter |
Adjust to pH 7.6 ± 0.2 and autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
Add the following:
| Ticarcillin | (1 mg/ml) | 1 ml |

| Irgasan DP300 | (1 mg/ml) | 1 ml |
