Suspend 19.47 g of Middlebrook 7H10 Agar base in 900 ml of Distilled water containing 5 ml of Glycerol. Heat with agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve. Autoclave at 121oC for 10 minutes. Cool to 50-55oC and aseptically add 100 ml of Middlebrook OADC Enrichment. Mix and dispense. Final pH 6.6 +/- 0.2 at 25oC. Store the plates at 2-8oC with expiration in 90 days.
