Bacteriological Analytical Manual

Yeast Extract (YE) Agar

Proteose peptone 10 g
Yeast extract 3.0 g
NaCl 5.0 g
Agar 15.0 g
Distilled water 1 liter

Adjust pH to 7.2-7.4. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.
