Proteose peptone | 7 g |
NaCl | 5 g |
Dextrose | 5 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dissolve ingredients in water and adjust pH if necessary. Dispense 5 ml portions into 20 × 150 mm tubes. Autoclave 10 min at 121°C. Final pH, 6.5 ± 0.2.
