Yeast extract | 0.1 g |
Na2HPO4 | 9.5 g |
KH2PO4 | 9.1 g |
Phenol red | 0.01 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dissolve ingredients in distilled water. DO NOT HEAT. Sterilize by filtration through 0.45 µm membrane. Aseptically dispense 1.5-3.0 ml portions to 13 × 100 mm sterile test tubes. Final pH, 6.8 ± 0.2.
