Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dissolve ingredients in 1 liter water. Heat gently to dissolve. Dispense 5 ml portions into 16 × 150 mm test tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.2 ± 0.2.
