BAM Media M155: Trypticase (Tryptic) Soy Broth (TSB) with Glycerol

Trypticase peptone (tryptone) 17 g
Phytone peptone (soytone) 3 g
NaCl 15 g
K2HPO4 2.5 g
Glycerol 240 ml
Distilled water 760 ml

Suspend ingredients in distilled water and heat to dissolve. Dispense into bottles or vials. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.3 ± 0.2.
