Polypeptone	15 g
Yeast extract	3 g
Starch, soluble	3 g
MgSO₄ (anhydrous)	0.1 g
Sodium thioglycollate	1 g
Na₂HPO₄	11 g
Distilled water	1 liter

Adjust pH to 7.8 ± 0.1. Dispense 15 ml portions into 20 × 150 mm screw-cap tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C.
