Starch, soluble | 3 g |
MgSO4 (anhydrous) | 0.1 g |
Sodium thioglycollate | 1 g |
Na2HPO4 | 11 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Adjust pH to 7.8 ± 0.1. Dispense 15 ml portions into 20 × 150 mm screw-cap tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C.
