Use Difco product, if available.

Proteose peptone No. 3 (Difco)	20.0 g
Tryptone (Difco)	10.0 g
Dipotassium phosphate	1.5 g
Magnesium sulfate	0.73 g
Glycerol (Difco)	10.0 g
Agar	15.0 g
Distilled water	1 liter

Add medium powder and glycerol to water; mix. Heat to boiling to dissolve ingredients. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 min. Final pH, 7.0.
