NaH₂PO₄· H₂O	1.2 g
Bile salts No. 3	1.5 g
NaCl	5 g
Sorbitol	10 g
Peptone	5 g
Distilled water	1 liter

Dispense 100 ml into Wheaton bottles. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.6 ± 0.2.
