BAM Media M111: Nonfat Dry Milk (Reconstituted)

Nonfat dry milk	100 g
Distilled water	1 liter

For Salmonella:

Suspend 100 g dehydrated nonfat dry milk in 1 liter distilled water. Swirl until dissolved. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C.

For monkey kidney cell culture:

Dispense 500 ml into 1 liter Erlenmeyer flasks.
