Beef, infusion from | 300 g |
Acidicase Peptone (BBL) or Casamino Acids (Difco) |
17.5 g |
Starch | 1.5 g |
Agar | 17 g |
Distilled water | 1 liter |
Heat to boiling for 1 min. Autoclave 15 min at 116°C. Final pH, 7.3 ± 0.2.
For use with halophilic Vibrio spp., add NaCl to a final concentration of 2-3%.
