FDA will open registration for attendance and participation at this public hearing on April 1, 2026.  All requests for public hearing participation must be received by May 1, 2026, via the registration link. Background:
The Food and Drug Administration is announcing a public hearing to obtain feedback and perspectives regarding the CNPV Pilot Program, including feedback on the eligibility criteria, voucher selection processes, sponsor responsibilities, FDA review procedures, and program implementation.

Comments on the Commissioner’s National Priority Review Voucher program must be submitted to https://www.regulations.gov electronic filing system on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on June 29.
