Background:
The Food and Drug Administration is announcing a public hearing to obtain feedback and perspectives regarding the CNPV Pilot Program, including feedback on the eligibility criteria, voucher selection processes, sponsor responsibilities, FDA review procedures, and program implementation.

Submit Comments:
Comments on the Commissioner’s National Priority Review Voucher program must be submitted to Federal Register :: Commissioner's National Priority Voucher (CNPV) Pilot Program; Public Hearing; Request for Comments electronic filing system on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on June 29, 2026.

Webcast Information: 
The Commissioner’s National Priority Voucher (CNPV) Pilot Program Public Hearing will be live-streamed free of charge via the FDA’s YouTube channel. While staff will work to quickly resolve any unexpected technical interruptions during the broadcast, a full video recording will also be made available for on-demand viewing following the conclusion of the meeting.
