Participant Registration: Commissioner’s National Priority Voucher (CNPV) Pilot Program Public Hearing
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting a hybrid public hearing to gather feedback on the Commissioner’s National Priority Voucher (CNPV) Pilot Program. This program aims to expedite review times for drug and biological products aligned with national health priorities.
All requests for participation, including for those who wish to present during the public hearing, must be received by 11:59 p.m., April 24, 2026, through the meeting registration page.

To participate in this hearing, please complete the registration process by the deadline noted below. If you wish to provide an oral statement during the hearing, you must indicate this during registration.
- Deadline for Presenters Requests: April 24, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. ET.
- Requirements: Presentations are limited to oral statements only (no slides). Commercial or promotional materials are prohibited.
- Special Accommodations: If you require special accommodations due to a disability, please submit your request through the registration form. Live closed captioning will be provided for all virtual attendees.
Note: Due to time constraints, the FDA may request that individuals with common interests consolidate their remarks. You will be notified of your allotted time slot prior to the hearing.
