FDA has a number of open executive level positions that encompass a variety of disciplines. Along with specific requirements for each position, candidates for these positions should:
- Have experience in multiple management areas (e.g. personnel management, budgeting/financial management, change management, process management, etc.) for large organizations or encompassing a large portfolio of work.
- Be decisive, politically astute, and able to be a public face for not only their organization, but FDA as well.
- Have experience managing competing priorities and working both horizontally and vertically in and across organizations.
