Selected Office of Special Counsel (OSC) Resources
The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) is an independent federal investigative and prosecutorial agency. Its basic authorities come from four federal statutes: the Civil Service Reform Act, the Whistleblower Protection Act, the Hatch Act, and the Uniformed Services Employment & Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
Please see a Select List of Resources from OSC’s website below. Additional information can be found at Office of Special Counsel. You may also contact OSC’s Hatch Act Unit at (202) 254-3650 or email@example.com if you would like additional guidance on the Hatch Act.
