Consumers should disregard the press release, dated October 21, 2017 due to wrong labels and codes information.

Triple B Corporation of Anchorage, Alaska is voluntarily recalling broccoli floretes, stir fry kit, vegie trays w/cauliflower, and a veggie pack combo, due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes,  an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.  Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

The recalled products were distributed in state of Alaska through retail store's meat department, hospital, restaurant, and gas station.

The broccoli used in processing these items has been recalled by our vendor Mann Packing of Salinas, California.

At this time there has been no reported illness associated with these products and we have received no complaints regarding our products.

We were informed by our vendor that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's random sampling found a single positive result for Listeria monocytogenes on a Mann Packing Power Blend bagged salad product.

This recall is being made with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Consumers who may have any of the products listed in this recall alert are urged not to consume and should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
