August 19, 2026, Grand Central Bakery of Seattle, WA is recalling loaves of Potato Sourdough bread due to the potential presence of pieces of metal.
The following products are subject to recall and were sold at grocery stores, select restaurants, wholesalers, and four Grand Central Bakery (GCB) Café locations within the Seattle and Tacoma Metro areas in WA on 8/10/2026.

The recall was initiated after a pallet nail was discovered in a loaf of Potato Sourdough Bread.
