FDA will open registration for attendance and participation at this public hearing on April 1, 2026.  All requests for public hearing participation must be received by April 24, 2026, via the registration link.

Background:
The Food and Drug Administration is announcing a public hearing to obtain feedback and perspectives regarding the CNPV Pilot Program, including feedback on the eligibility criteria, voucher selection processes, sponsor responsibilities, FDA review procedures, and program implementation.

Submit Comments:
Comments on the Commissioner’s National Priority Review Voucher program must be submitted to Federal Register :: Commissioner's National Priority Voucher (CNPV) Pilot Program; Public Hearing; Request for Comments electronic filing system on or before 11:59 p.m. ET on June 29.

Webcast Information: 
FDA will webcast this public meeting. Further information regarding the webcast, including the web link, will be made available prior to the public meeting date. Barring any technical difficulties, FDA plans to post a link to the recorded webcast after the meeting.
