Payment Instructions for Applications and Supplements (PDUFA)

New Payment Procedures for Application and Supplement Fees on or after February 24, 2011

Effective February 24, 2011, payments of fees for applications or supplements subject to the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) are no longer to be sent to the Wells Fargo Bank in North Carolina.  Wire transfer payment instructions have not changed. Please see below for the appropriate address/procedure to send payment.  Please include the User Fee I.D. Number, the BLA/NDA number, and the FDA P.O. Box number (P.O. Box 979107) on the enclosed check.  It would be helpful if you included the user fee cover sheet (Form FDA 3397) with your payment.  Payment must be made in U.S. currency by check, bank draft, or U.S. postal money order payable to the order of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
