Freedom of Information Act Fees (FOIA)

The FDA is required to provide information requested in writing or electronically.  The 1996 amendments to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) mandate publicly accessible "electronic reading rooms" with agency FOIA response materials and other information routinely available to the public, with electronic search and indexing features.  For services provided, there are certain fees to the requestors.

The FOIA section explains how to request information, what the fees involved are, and much more.
