Color Additive Certification Fees

FDA regulates color additives under the authority of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). Under the FD&C Act, many color additives intended for use in FDA-regulated products are subject to batch certification by FDA. Fees for color certification are set by regulation.
