AGDUFA Reports

Performance and financial reports are prepared regarding the Animal Generic Drug User Fee Act.

  • Annual performance reports are prepared by the Office of Policy and Planning in collaboration with FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM).
  • Financial reports are provided to Congress and contain information regarding program activities, collections, and spending for each fiscal year.
