“Behind the Label” with FDA: Information for Educators on the Updated Nutrition Facts Label

This presentation is developed to help health educators understand the science behind the recent changes to the Nutrition Facts label. Changes include a larger font for calories, new serving sizes, an added sugars declaration, revised percent Daily Values, and an updated list of required vitamins and minerals.
