The following table is provided on an interim basis, to include completed Animal Food Ingredient Consultations.  A decision on FDA's part to add an Animal Food Ingredient Consultation (AFIC) request to the inventory has not reflected our judgment as to whether the AFIC request addressed all issues or discussed all critical data or information. To submit scientific comments on the safety of a substance, visit docket no. FDA-2024-N-2978 on Regulations.gov. AFIC requests may remain pending indefinitely as CVM awaits further information during the consultation process.
