What is CDER Trade Press’s Role

Responds to trade press inquiries with accurate, timely information regarding CDER policies, programs, and initiatives.
Coordinates and staffs trade interviews with key CDER officials, while providing support and appropriate briefings on advisable conduct.
Disseminates FDA/CDER press releases, media advisories, and other important announcements to the trade media.
