Registration and Listing for Deemed Tobacco Products
Deemed products registered and listed by Oct. 12, 2017, must update product listings again by June 30, 2018 and complete annual registration by Dec. 31, 2018.

FDA recommends that you submit your establishment registration and product listings online using the tobacco registration and listing module in FDA Unified Registration and Listing System (FURLS).
If you are unable to submit online using FURLS, you can mail to CTP's Document Control Center the appropriate Registration & Listing PDF form (FDA Form 3741 or, for deemed establishments, FDA Form 3741a). See examples of completed registration and listing forms for reference.
