Update on Ecuador Regulatory Agencies

As of July 24, 2025, the Vice Ministry of Aquaculture and Fisheries (VAP) was integrated into the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, establishing the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries (MAGP). MAGP confirms that it is bound by the commitments made by VAP to protect FDA-provided non-public information shared under the 2022 confidentiality commitment and will continue to protect and non-public information previously shared.
