Update on Confidentiality Commitment with the United Kingdom Department of Health (DH)

The United Kingdom Department of Health (DH) formally became the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) on January 8, 2018. DHSC commits to being bound by the confidentiality commitments that DH made with the FDA in 2015 and will continue to protect any non-public information, including information previously shared.
