Update on Confidentiality Commitment with South Africa’s Medicines Control Council (MCC)

As of February 1, 2018, the Medicines Control Council (MCC) of South Africa has ceased to exist, and all its functions and responsibilities have been absorbed by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA).” Prior to the 2018 SAHPRA Confidentiality Commitment, SAHPRA  provided a statement committing to implement the 2004 MCC Confidentiality Commitment as written.
