Update on Confidentiality Commitment with the Israel Ministry of Health

As of June 10, 2024, the 2005 Statement of Authority and Confidentiality Commitment will continue to cover information sharing relating to Human Food, and it has been superseded by the 2024 MTIR Statement of Authority and Confidentiality Commitment for information relating to Cosmetics, Animal Biologics, Human Biologics, Animal Drugs, Human Drugs, Animal Medical Devices, Human Medical Devices, Radiation Emitting Devices.

The names of the following units under the Israel Ministry of Health have changed: the Medical Devices Department has been renamed to the Medical Devices Division (in 2016); the Pharmaceutical Administration has been renamed to the Pharmaceutical Division (in 2016); and the Food & Nutrition Services was renamed to the National Food Services (in 2006). The Ministry of Health commits that the Medical Devices Division, the Pharmaceutical Division, and the National Food Services are bound by the Confidentiality Commitment made by the Ministry of Health with the FDA in 2005 and will continue to protect any non-public information, including information previously shared.
