  • Responsible for metabolism of:
    • Most calcium channel blockers
    • Most benzodiazepines
    • Most HIV protease inhibitors
    • Most HMG-CoA-reductase inhibitors
    • Cyclosporine
    • Most non-sedating antihistamines
    • Cisapride
  • Present in GI tract and liver
