Final Rule to Revise the Allowable Level of Fluoride in Bottled Water to which Fluoride Has Been Added, Final Regulatory Impact Analysis

The rule revises the bottled water quality standard for the allowable level of fluoride. There may be some health benefits, cost savings and reduced uncertainty. There will be one-time costs to read and understand the rule and to verify the fluoride level during the manufacturing process.
