About Us

FDA’s Consultation and Accreditation Team is committed to relevant, quality, and timely accredited education activities that enable the public health workforce at all levels to receive necessary interprofessional development. Through scientific, informational, and instructional programs, FDA-offered continuing education contact hours support the achievement of professionals dedicated to public health.

In support of improving patient care, this program is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

The CE activities focus on maintaining, developing, and increasing knowledge, skills, and professional performance of FDA scientific staff for better decision making that is evidence-based and aligned with the public interest.
