DDI Webinar Series: “FDA’s Bad Ad Program and other Innovative FDA Collaborations” – October 6, 2016

FDA’s Division of Drug Information in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) is excited to present a series of educational webinars targeting the needs of all healthcare professionals and students, including physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians. Interact with FDA staff from a variety of divisions and learn more about the FDA and drug regulation!

On October 6, 2016, CDER's Office of Communication, Division of Drug Information (DDI) hosted a webinar titled: FDA’s Bad Ad Program and other Innovative FDA Collaborations. There are a number of innovative opportunities to collaborate with the FDA. Along with highlighting some of these opportunities at a high level, this DDI webinar focused on FDA’s Bad Ad Program. Staff from CDER’s Office of Health and Constituent Affairs (OHCA) and from CDER’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) provided an overview of prescription drug promotion, and how healthcare professionals can report suspected, misleading prescription drug promotion to the FDA.
