* Under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), FDA must renew OMB approval for the "information collection" provisions of the Retail Program Standards every three years. The current OMB approval for the Retail Program Standards under control number 0910-0621 has an expiration date of 5/31/2014. The 2013 version of the Retail Program Standards is being submitted to OMB as part of the next Information Collection Request (ICR). Thus, the 2013 version will be considered a draft until OMB completes its review of the ICR. While OMB reviews the ICR, the expiration date for control number 0910-0621 will be extended each month until OMB approves the collection for another three-year cycle (e.g., on June 1, 2014 the expiration date for 0910-0621 will become 06/30/2014).
