Phase-Out of CFC Metered-Dose Inhalers Containing flunisolide, triamcinolone, metaproterenol, pirbuterol, albuterol and ipratropium in combination, cromolyn, and nedocromil
Metered dose inhalers (MDIs) that contain chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) to deliver these medicines are being phased out over the coming years. Patients who use these medicines will need to talk to a doctor and switch to another medicine before the phase out of their medicine is completed.
