False advertising by the pharmeceutical industry, claiming that their psychoactive drugs "cure" a chemical imbalance in the brain have no scientific basis and is turning earth's population, young and old alike, into drugged zombies. All their so-called evidence is based on conjecture, not astute scientific evidence borne of properly controlled experiments. Too often these chemically lobotomized zombies, infiltrate our schools, churches and office, creating murder and mayhem. This is fact. All too many acts of random violence can be traced to people who trust their doctors and take their "medicine" only to find that they now have strange uncontrollable urges to murder or commit suicide or both. Dangerous prescription psycho-active drugs often seems like the ONLY answer to mental illness, when in fact, it can lead to much more serious and, many times deadly, psychological disorders.

I support legislation that would eradicate the use of pseudo scientific "evidence" in advertising to promote the use of dangerous psycho-active drugs which can and do destroy lives.
